Ingredients
  

  • 3 pcs 鴨胸 duck breast approx. 300g each
  • 1 pack 美白菇、鴻喜菇 mushrooms for garnishing (also onions or carrots, etc.)
  • 5 tbsp 巴薩米克醋 balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 pcs 紅蔥頭 shallot 台灣的紅蔥頭約2瓣
