Ingredients
  

自製青醬 Pesto

  • 1 九層塔 a handful or more
  • 100 ml 初榨橄欖油 extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp 去皮杏仁粉 almond powder
  • 6 蒜仁 skinned garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp 帕瑪森起司 Parmesan cheese

食材(依下鍋順序)

  • 125 g 義大利麵 dried Spaghetti or Linguine
  • 2 tbsp 橄欖油 olive oil
  • 1/4 洋蔥 onion
  • 5~6 秀珍菇 Phoenix oyster mushroom (optional)
  • 2 雞胸肉 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp 白葡萄酒(不一定要加) white wine (optional)
  • 2 小白菜 Bok choy (optional)
